Whether you express a desire for isolation, proximity to work, an emphatic need for a spiral staircase or an all-clover lawn, because buying a home is so much more than simply finding a house that meets your expectations–I want to find you one that exceeds them.
Once we’ve discussed what you want in a home, we’ll start the process to get you there by creating an action plan to make sure you love where you live. If needed, I’ll give you an overview of the home buying process, so there won’t be any surprises once we get started.
I’ll combine my deep understanding of the local neighbourhoods with your real estate goals. If you are relocated to Greater Vancouver, or moving to a new neighbourhood, we will plan one of my Neighbourhood Orientation Tours together. I will take you beyond the Internet search machine, so you can experience a true day in the life of a local resident.
